Mr. Woodrow Lee Faulkner, age 68, of Douglas passed away early Saturday morning, September 12, 2009, at the Satilla Regional Medical Center, in Waycross, following an extended illness. Mr. Faulkner, a native of Irwin County, had lived in the Coffee County area for many years. He was a retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by his father, Reason Faulkner and his mother, Mamie McNeil Faulkner. Survivors include: 1 Sister: Imogene F. Smith of Douglas, Ga. Several Nieces, Nephews, and Other Relatives. Graveside services and Interment were held Sunday, September 13, 2009, at 3:00 P. M., at the Lax Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Floyd Musgrove officiating. Active Pallbearers were: Ray Geiger, Kevin Cribbs, Ricky Smith, Jackson White, Chris Smith, and Michael T. Smith.
