Mr. Tony Dewayne Moore, age 39, of Douglas, Ga. passed away early Sunday morning, July 18, 2010, at the Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Moore, a native of Coffee County, was an Auto Mechanic. He was the son of the late Ronnie T. Moore, Sr. Survivors include: His Children: Jessica Lee Purvis of Pearson, Ga., Candace Moore and Tony D. Moore, Jr. both of Douglas, Ga., and Jacob Hodges of Mississippi. His Mother: Betty Jo Tanner Moore of Douglas, Ga. His Brother: Ronnie Terrell (Cheryl) Moore, Jr. of Douglas, Ga. His Sisters: Melissa Ruth (Jonathan) Lomax of Douglas, Ga., Christine Louise (Kenneth) McLendon of Douglas, Ga. 2 Grandchildren. Several Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives, and Friends. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at 4:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home, with Rev. Marshall Adcock and Rev. Brandon McMillan officiating. The internment followed in the Douglas City Cemetery. Active Pallbearers were: Adam Iglesias, Derek Rojas, Russell Weathers, Kasey Tanner, Ricky Olivia, Brandon Brigmond, and Russell Brigmond. The Congregation served as Honorary Pallbearers. Special Musical Selections, “Oh, How I Love Jesus”, and “Amazing Grace”, were presented by Keisha Nipper, Tammy Whitley, and the Pianist, Jana Phillips. “Pre-Lude” and “Post-Lude” soft hymns were rendered by the Pianist, Jana Phillips.
