Mr. Grover Leroy Crawford, age 68, of Douglas, passed away Friday morning, April 23, 2010, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Crawford, a native of Tipton, Indiana, had lived in the Douglas area for the past few years. He was the son of the late Hanson Leroy Crawford and the late Daisy Kathleen Eads Crawford. He was a member of the Masonic Grand Lodge AF & AM # 279 of Wheatland, Mo. He was also a member of the Shriners of the same location. Mr. Crawford was a U. S. Air Force Veteran. Survivors include: His Wife: Vicki Margaret Barbella Crawford of Douglas, Ga. Children: Fred Mierow of Oregon ; Kevin Crawford of Carterville, Missouri; Joshua Mierow of Florida ; Victor Crawford of Douglas, Ga.; Daniel Crawford of Missouri. Sister: Zelma Schmolke of Washington. Several Grandchildren. 2 Nieces and 1 Nephew. Memorial Services and Masonic Rites were held Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 10:00 A.
